My4lio User Guide

How each part of My4lio works — budgets, tracking, scenarios, visas, reports and more.

01. Settings

Manage your identity, locale and currency, security, email preferences, and account. It's also step one of setup.

02. Explore

Browse countries to compare living and economic indicators, save the ones you're eyeing, and read up on local culture before you go.

03. Budget

Set your planned monthly income and expenses in your home currency. This anchors every comparison in the app — and saving it the first time unlocks the rest of your menus.

04. Dashboard

See your whole financial picture at a glance — how your income and spending compare to national and community averages, how your money holds up abroad, and how possible destinations stack up.

05. Tracking

Record your real monthly spending in a destination and compare it to your plan, so you can watch your purchasing power hold up (or slip) over time.

06. Scenarios

Compare your budget and income against relocation destinations — whether you're researching a move or already living there.

07. Visas

See the visa requirements for every destination on your home-country passport, colour-coded by how easy entry is.

08. Groups

Find, join, and chat inside travel and relocation communities — organised by country (Destination) or general interest (Community).

09. Reports

Generate, save and revisit reports — comparing your planned budget against what you actually spent, or showing that budget in the currencies of the countries you are considering.

10. Community

A read-only feed of announcements from the My4lio team — what shipped, what is coming, and who is being recognised.

11. Store

Branded merchandise and community items. The Store is still under construction.

12. Support

Ask the My4lio team for help and keep track of your requests.
